Detox baths are a natural form of detoxification, based on the premise that you can remove toxins from the skin by using purifying substances in your water. Magnesium sulphate is the cornerstone of most detox recettes for baths. It is thought to offer many advantages, ranging from calming the nervous system to soothing sore muscles and inflammation. Baking soda is another common detoxing ingredient. Baking soda helps alkaline your body, and also aids any skin ailments.

Camomile Tea
Rosemary Leaves
Lavender Essential Oil

How to use

Take the Rosemary Camomile Detox Bath at night just before you go to bed. A routine of night baths is a perfect way to relax, reduce tension and avoid the cravings of late-night snacking

To prepare a bath: Run yourself a hot bath. Add 1-2 cups of my Camomile and Rosemary Detox Bath salts and soak for 20-30 minutes.

Make sure you have a cold glass of drinking water Handy to re-hydrate yourself during the bath.
